Kerala vlogger’s husband held, police say she was minor at time of marriage
The husband of Malayali vlogger Rifa Mehnu, who was found dead in her residence in Dubai on March 1, was arrested on Thursday.
A police official said Mehnaz was arrested from Nileswaram in Kasaragod district, under the POCSO Act, as it was found that Rifa Mehnu was a minor at the time of her marriage.
The body of Rifa was exhumed from Kakkur Pavandur Juma Masjid, where she was buried, on May 7, after her family raised doubts over her death and her mother filing a complaint.
